Delivery Information

We deliver nationwide with a charge that is product dependant (we have a lot of products that are heavy and will incur charges from delivery agents to reflect this – these charges are calculated at the time of the sale).

We offer a free click and collect service so you can order your goods online and pick them up in store. Please select a collection slot when placing your order.

Your order may be available for collection sooner than the collection slot and you will receive a confirmation email to confirm this. Please do not call to collect your order before you receive an email to confirm that your order is ready for collection.


As a consumer you have a statutory right to return goods (other than perishable, customised / specifically commissioned or made to order goods) when you complete an online purchase up to 7 days after receiving your order (this is the cooling off period).

Where AEF Ltd have delivered an order to you, the order can be returned to AEF Ltd.  AEF Ltd will organise a refund (but excluding the delivery costs). Please contact our customer service team prior to returning the goods quoting your original Sales Order Reference or Advice Note Number.

If a product is found to be defective, please return it immediately. AEF Ltd will deliver a new one or AEF Ltd will refund you the cost of the product. On opening the delivery should you discover any breakages or damages then report these to us on our contact details within 24 hours of the delivery, quoting your original Sales Order Reference or Advice Note Number. The cost of returning the product will be refunded to you where the product is defective.

We will exchange or refund you where you are not completely happy with a product. For us to be able to do this for you, a number of conditions must be satisfied. The original condition & packaging of the product must be returned, the original labels, warranty cards, certificates and all items MUST be in be original conditions.

Cancellation Policy

It is possible to change or cancel an order on the AEF Ltd ecommerce retail store up until the order is dispatched from our logistics department. To do so please call our Customer Service team and remember to quote your order reference number.
